Established in 2003 by Gurus Smt. Shanthi Shriram and Sri. Shriram Brahmanandam in Sunnyvale, CA, Nadalaya School of Music aims to provide an environment that fosters the learning and performance of Carnatic music among youth in the San Francisco Bay Area. Rooted in classicism with a strong adherence to traditions, Nadalaya seeks to impart a sound foundation in vocal Carnatic music, that can eventually grow youth into well honed performers. Through well conceived thematic concerts that showcase the students, we strive to return to our community by way of fundraising for deserving causes through music.
